February Meeting Details
Thursday, February 2nd
0800-1700:
Thursday’s training will start at 08:00 and requires preregistration by Monday January 23rd. Randy Rider will be the instructor and will teach two 4 hour blocks of instruction. The first block is “Pursuits and Pursuit Policy.” The second is “Complaints and Complaint Investigation.” Those attending, please bring your pursuit and complaint investigation policies to the classes. Please go to http://training.pursuitpolicy.org/workshopsignup.aspx and use the password gcap to register. Again, the cut off date for registration is Monday January 23rd.
If you plan on attending the Thursday training, please RSVP Bill Kirkendall at bkirkendall@cityofhinesville.org so that we can make sure we have enough space.
*Special Note: You must schedule a review through the File Review Coordinator (pgoddard@columbiacountyso.org) prior the the meeting dates. File review will be scheduled for Thursday morning at 1100 AM. Due to the number of agencies requesting review, only 10 files per agency and the agency representative must remain on premises during review for any questions. Pam is the only person that can grant an exemption to the 10 file limit or a different time for file review. Depending on the number of agencies and reviews requested, extra time may be granted, with Pam’s approval, for Thursday afternoon after training or Friday morning before training.
