In 1996, Detective Melissa Parked joined the Fulton County Police Department. With 15 years experience, she has “worn many hats” progressing from a police officer to a Certified POST Instructor, Fulton County Police Department Public Information Officer, State Certification Manager and Assessor and an experienced Accreditation Team member. Detective Parker also teaches numerous classes at the Fulton County Public Safety Training Center as an Instructor. Detective Parker is a graduate of Reinhardt College with a Criminal Justice degree.
