Bill Kirkendall, Vice President
Sgt. Bill Kirkendall started his career with the Hinesville Police Department in 1990. He has served as a patrol officer, field training officer, DARE officer, and as the assistant commander of the drug task force. Sgt. Kirkendall currently is serving as the department certification manager with the additional duties of internal affairs, crime analysis and evidence room custodian. In 2006 he led the department through its initial certification and through re-certification in 2009.
Bill serves as a State Assessor and Team leader and is currently the Vice President of the GPAC. He received an AAS from Savannah Technical College and a BS in Public Safety from Mercer University. Bill lives in Hinesville, GA, with his wife Connie and children.
