Lt. Chris Cooke began his law enforcement career with the Dalton Police Department in 1996. He served as a Patrol Officer, Traffic Enforcement Officer, Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Training Sergeant, Support Services Operations Supervisor, Drug Unit Commander, and is now a District Commander. Lt Cooke is currently the State Certification Manager for the Dalton Police Department and serves as a State Team Leader. Lt Cooke graduated with a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbus State University and attended the 238^th class of the FBI National Academy.
