Jody Sheffield has worked as a civilian Certification Manager for the Bloomingdale Police Department since October 2003.  The department earned their initial certification in January 2005 and was re-certified in January 2008.  She has been an active member in GASELECT (GA Southeast Law Enforcement Certification Team), which is a regional technical support group for agencies in Southeast Georgia.  Jody is also a State Assessor and Team Leader for the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police.  She was elected to the board in August 2005.
